About Cyrus
“The strongest healthcare growth strategies improve both organizational performance and access to appropriate care.”
Cyrus Jannat
Founder & Principal • Behavioral Health Growth & Referral Strategy
The experience behind New Leaf
Cyrus Jannat is the founder and operator of New Leaf Health Solutions, helping behavioral health, post-acute, skilled nursing, and physician organizations build stronger referral pathways, program readiness, and sustainable growth.
Frontline roots
Cyrus's perspective comes from both frontline community work and healthcare business development. Before launching New Leaf, Cyrus spent Monday through Friday evenings supporting homeless outreach alongside Monday Night Mission on Skid Row, directly outside the mission in some of Los Angeles's most challenging neighborhoods. This experience created a lasting commitment to practical, respectful solutions for people living with serious mental-health needs, and to the systems that shape access to care.
The work today
Cyrus later worked in business development for a management group, helping expand its behavioral health program and strengthen the partnerships needed to support growth. Today, Cyrus brings that hands-on experience to New Leaf Health Solutions, working with organizations to identify where referral flow, admissions processes, market relationships, and program readiness break down, and helping turn strategy into clear workflows, team alignment, and durable operational progress.
“New Leaf helps behavioral health and post-acute organizations turn complex growth opportunities into practical, durable systems.”
